For Organisations

Protect Workforce Health.Restore Capacity.Sustain Performance.

FemExec Wellness helps organisations recognise burnout risk earlier, support recovery more effectively and protect the health and capacity their people need to perform sustainably.

Our organisational work is grounded in The Heal Well Method, a clinically informed, rehabilitation-informed approach to recovery, capacity and sustainable performance.

Burnout Does Not Begin on the Day Someone Goes Off Sick

Changes in energy, sleep, concentration, confidence, recovery and capacity can appear long before an employee reaches crisis point.

Someone may still be attending meetings, meeting deadlines and appearing capable while using increasing amounts of effort simply to keep functioning.

FemExec Wellness helps organisations look beyond visible performance and recognise what prolonged pressure may be doing to the person behind it.

The Methodology

The Heal Well Method at Work

The Heal Well Method is the methodology behind FemExec Wellness.

It was shaped by Shena Lee-Anthony's background in rehabilitation, where recovery means more than simply returning someone to activity. It means restoring enough health, function and capacity for that activity to be sustainable.

Within organisations, we apply the same thinking to burnout prevention, workforce health and recovery.

The Method is guided by five principles:

1Recovery Before Resilience
2The Whole Person Recovers Together
3The Nervous System Is the Gate
4Function in Real Life Is the Measure
5Health Is What Makes Performance Possible

The recovery pathway behind the Method:

ASSESS → STABILISE → RESTORE → REBUILD CAPACITY → REINTEGRATE → SUSTAIN

Not every organisational intervention moves through all six stages in the same way. The pathway provides the clinical and recovery logic behind our work, while the application changes according to the organisation, team or individual employee.

One Method. Different Applications.
