2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.femexecwellness.com and the purchase of any services offered by FemExec Wellness, including but not limited to:

By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

  • Workplace wellbeing programmes and Workforce Wellbeing Clinic Days
  • The Capacity Core Workshop

3. Services

All services are delivered by Shena Lee-Anthony, Chartered Rehabilitation Physiotherapist and Certified Health Coach, or by associates approved by FemExec Wellness. Services are delivered virtually across the United Kingdom and, where agreed in writing, in person.

Service descriptions, programme structures, and session numbers are provided for guidance. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to programme content where clinically or operationally appropriate, provided the overall scope and value of the service are maintained.

FemExec Wellness services are health coaching and wellbeing services. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical physiotherapy treatment unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement. If you have a medical condition, you should consult a qualified medical professional before commencing any programme.

4. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement (for corporate clients) or written confirmation of acceptance (for individual clients), together with payment of any required deposit or full fee as specified at the time of booking.

Fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms will be set out in your individual service agreement or invoice.

For corporate clients, a formal service agreement will be provided prior to commencement of any programme. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any terms set out in that agreement. In the event of conflict, the signed service agreement shall take precedence.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or where you do not attend without notice, will be charged in full.

If you wish to withdraw from a programme entirely, please notify us in writing. Refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for workplace programmes, Clinic Days, and speaking engagements will be set out in your service agreement. Where no specific terms are agreed, the following apply:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service in exceptional circumstances, including illness or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any fees paid.

  • Cancellation more than 28 days before the scheduled date: no charge.
  • Cancellation 14 to 28 days before the scheduled date: 50% of the agreed fee.
  • Cancellation fewer than 14 days before the scheduled date: 100% of the agreed fee.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions and workplace programmes as strictly confidential. We will not disclose personal information about individual participants to employers, line managers, or third parties without the explicit written consent of the individual concerned, except where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.

For corporate programmes, we may provide aggregate, anonymised reporting to the commissioning organisation. No individually identifiable information will be shared.
